How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the app or by contacting us by email. Both methods are equally valid.

Data management

What happens to your data?

We make a clear distinction between data that is permanently deleted and data that must be retained for legal reasons.

Permanently deleted
  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile (username, avatar, preferences)
  • Your game statistics and scores
  • Your multiplayer match history
  • Your in-app messages and conversations
  • Your progression and earned rewards
Retained for legal reasons
  • Purchase history and transaction records
  • Billing information and invoices

This data is retained in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. It is not used for any commercial purpose and is never shared with third parties.

ℹ️ Once your account is deleted, your username becomes available again and your public profile is immediately removed from leaderboards and multiplayer results.
Processing time

When will my data be deleted?

In-app deletion is immediate. For email requests, here is our commitment:

All deletion requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. After this period, no data recovery is possible.
